Your role – more than just leadership
In the role of Branch Manager, you have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and following up on the branch's operations and employees to achieve set goals. You have full profit and budget responsibility and ensure that the operations meet key performance indicators in areas such as safety, permits, costs, market, and productivity.

- Good proficiency in the Office suite.
- Have a B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish and English.
Meritorious: relevant higher education, experience in sales and marketing, and working with a licensed facility.
You are a confident and inspiring leader who creates engagement and helps people grow. You have a strong business sense and enjoy building long-term customer relationships. As a person, you are present, curious, and trustworthy – you see collaboration as a given and have the ability to create networks that strengthen the business. You combine strategic thinking with operational decisiveness and always focus on a safe and sustainable work environment.
